Delivery options are available to The Crafti Bug Group customers depending upon location, order size and weight.
Orders received before 2.00pm will be shipped within New Zealand the same day (Monday to Friday, except on Public Holidays), provided payment has been confirmed. Direct credit payments may take up to 24 hours to process, in which case shipping will occur once payment has been confirmed.
We offer tracking on all standard services (2-3 working day service), or courier services to major centres, if a faster delivery is required.
We have three tiers:
Small (tracked and courier options available)
Medium (tracked and courier options available)
Large (routinely sent as a tracked only option).
We are able to provide courier options for large parcels upon your request. If this of interest to you please contact us to enquire about your courier options.
You can use the Estimate Shipping & Taxes calculator on your shopping cart to work out how much your freight will cost. You can add items to your cart, or remove them if you wish to remain within a particular freight bracket.
When a freight option is exceeded, whether by weight, or dimensions, that option will not appear and only the remaining available option(s) will appear.
Rural customers are not charged any extra surcharges for order delivery.
Upon dispatch you will be emailed notifying you that your goods have been dispatched. This e-mail will also include details of the tracking number.
If your order has not been received within 7 working days please contact us.
All orders over $150 (GST inclusive), delivered within New Zealand, qualify for free shipping. Free shipping does not include a courier option.
If you are located within New Plymouth we are happy to deliver for free daily, when we are in town.
To use this method:
New Plymouth deliveries are generally done between 9 am and 12 pm, Monday to Friday.
Once delivered an e-mail will be sent notifying you of the time and location of the delivery.
If you are located within the New Plymouth region you are welcome to collect. We do not have a "physical store," however collection is generally possible at our address from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.
Orders being collected will be notified via e-mail that the order has been prepared for collection.
Once collected another e-mail will be sent notifying you that the order has been collected. This is for your protection, especially if you have arranged for someone to collect this on your behalf.
If you are collecting your goods, please bring some form of identification (e.g. Driver's licence).
Some of our customers wish to have goods shipped to family, or friends overseas. We can offer international shipping, however if you require this service please
